Small Group Coaching 

Are you aiming to adopt a low-carb lifestyle but facing difficulties? Have you attempted a low-carb diet and lost your drive? Are you finding it hard to maintain your New Year's resolution? Consider partnering with a trained and experienced low-carb health coach and join our 12-week small group program!

This group consists 8-10 dedicated individuals who come together to set goals, share successes, discuss challenges, and support one another in a community atmosphere. Each session begins with a coach-led topic and includes opportunities for members to share their experiences. By the end of this program, you will have developed new habits for a healthier lifestyle.

Registration ends January 31st. Meetings are scheduled for Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30 PM Central Time via video conferencing, starting on February 4th.
